Weekly Entry Period 7 prize trip to Gr8 Wolf Lodge Resort (have to type it that way to keep SD from inserting urlhasbeenblocked ???) includes all of the following:
- Coach-class, round-trip air transportation for winner and three (3) guests from the major airport nearest winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor) to the urlhasbeenblocked Resort location of winner’s choice (from among ten (10) such locations in the U.S., subject to availability;
- Four (4) days/three (3) nights accommodations at the Resort Lodge Room (one room, quadruple occupancy);
- Travel accommodations to and from airport to urlhasbeenblocked Resort (travel is not included to and from winners home to airport);
- Four (4) pool passes for the duration of the stay;
- A $750 gift card that may be used to buy meals, incidentals and souvenirs at the Resort (please note the $750 gift card will be broken out in two different cards $500 gift card and $250 gift card); and
- A V.I.P. Gift Bag containing Banana Boat products and merchandise of Sponsor’s choice.

Travel reservations must be completed a minimum of 30 days prior to trip departure date. Trip must be taken, i.e., winner and guests must depart, by October 1, 2014, or it will be forfeited in its entirety. If prize winner resides within one hundred fifty (150) miles of the chosen Resort location, she/he will receive the use of a rental car (subject to age or other eligibility restrictions that may apply) in lieu of air travel (no compensation or substitution for difference in value will be awarded).

The total ARV of all prizes in this Sweepstakes is $10,079. Limit one (1) prize per person/household.

PRIZE: Winner will receive a $10,000 cash-equivalent credit to book a domestic or international trip for winner and up to three (3) guests to a location of winner’s choice in the 50 U.S./D.C. Winner will be required plan the trip using a minimum prize amount of $5,000 but no greater than $10,000, and winner will be required to work with a travel agency, as designated by Sponsor in its sole discretion, to book the trip. Approximate Retail Value: $10,000.00. Actual retail value depends on city/day/time of departure and location choice. Any unused portion of the $10,000 prize will be awarded to the winner in the form of a check, payable to winner.
